Kinetica, the leading Active Analytics Platform for the extreme data economy, announced the appointment of Elizabeth McGlauflin as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO) today. The hire further establishes Kinetica as a customer-first company experiencing hyper-growth and helps accelerate adoption of NVIDIA GPUs.

Kinetica has seen triple digit growth since its inception and has grown a global install-base that is split evenly between the U.S. and global markets. McGlauflin, a respected industry veteran, will be tasked with furthering Kinetica’s retention and expansion efforts across various industries, both domestically and internationally.

“Bringing in a seasoned veteran, like Liz, to drive customer success is essential to providing our rapidly growing customer base with the highest level of support and service,” said Paul Appleby, CEO. “We are deeply fortunate to have Liz join our ranks and build out a global customer success program that helps our customers design, develop, and deploy Kinetica Active Analytics solutions that redefine data as a key asset for strategic growth and differentiation.”

McGlauflin has spent her career successfully building and leading global teams for industry brands and startups alike, most recently at Robin.io as vice president of customer success. Prior to Robin Systems, she was chief operating officer & vice president of customer success at Bluescape, vice president of services at C3, and held other executive positions at BDNA and Siebel Systems.

“Kinetica has a bold and unique way of channeling data into smart analytical applications that are central to enterprise transformation,” said Liz McGlauflin, CCSO. “I am excited to be at the center of global transformation working in deep collaboration with Kinetica customers at such a pivotal time.”

Her hire follows on several outstanding recent accomplishments, including adoption by major Global 2000 brands such as Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, GlaxoSmithKline, and international brands such as OVO/Lippo Group and Telkomsel. In a recent independent technical review by InfoWorld, the Kinetica Active Analytics Platform was also recognized for excellence with a rare 4.5 star rating, and received the sought-after InfoWorld Editor’s Choice award. Kinetica Active Analytics brings together all key elements of dynamic analytics in a unified platform: historical data analytics, streaming data analytics, location intelligence, and artificial intelligence. The Kinetica Platform includes a distributed, in-memory, GPU-accelerated database that utilizes a powerful combination of CPUs and NVIDIA GPUs to analyze massive, complex datasets with millisecond response times.
