A Letter To Our Customers

There is no doubt that this is an extremely difficult time for all of us. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. During this crisis, I believe it is our duty to do all we can for the safety of our community. As such, I am reaching out to share how we at Kinetica are approaching the situation.

First of all, to protect the health and well-being of our employees, and the communities in which they live around the world, we have arranged for all members of the Kinetica team to work from the safety of home. We are fortunate to be part of the technology industry, pioneers in remote work, so our teams are well-versed in this practice and the shift has been smooth. We have all the tools and processes in place to continue delivering new versions of product and services at the highest levels of performance.

Second, we know that in the midst of this uncertainty, your business is relying on Kinetica more than ever, and rest assured that our customer success team will continue to work just as closely with you. While we are replacing in-person meetings with digital channels for the time being, the Kinetica team is passionate about our product and our mission, and we will continue to bring the same responsiveness and dedication to your projects that you have come to expect from us.

Third, Kinetica was founded on the idea that data can change the world. The global effort to protect the most vulnerable, assist emergency responders, and to better care for the sick requires all of our participation. With that in mind, Kinetica is working closely with public sector agencies, universities, and technology partners to develop solutions that provide critical, real-time information to first responders. We will keep you informed of our progress.

Finally, we are all adjusting to the reality of social distancing. Spending days or weeks at home with limited resources and little social contact can take a toll on our mental health. One way Kinetica aims to help is by providing a series of free webinars and tech talks. Over the next few weeks, we will be rolling out a series of EduTalks, focused on providing outlets for virtual community-building and engaging with subject-matter experts on real-world data challenges, as well as providing free training to all parties who wish to attend a course. We are likewise ramping up our digital webinars, with several webinars scheduled already and more to come over the next few weeks.

We must do our part to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our communities. We continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are ready to assist our customers in any way necessary.
