I’m proud to share that Kinetica has been honored with a Silver Stevie Award in the “Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year – up to 100 employees” category (yes, it’s quite the title)! The Stevie Awards are presented each year by the American Business Awards. Winners are selected from over 3,700 submissions and judged by a panel of more than 200 executives across the U.S.
This is a great accomplishment for Kinetica and further validation of our powerful product and inspired vision. Most of all, it’s a testament to the incredible Kineticans that make it happen every day. Our innovation is impossible without our people. We’re excited that the Stevie judges understand the importance of helping enterprises unlock the value of complex and growing data.
Here’s what a couple of them thought, in their own words.
“The idea of bringing Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) to the data center is very clever and impressive. By observing the results that this company has brought up, it seems that they are bringing a data revolution very soon.”
“Kinetica’s database technologies are challenging traditional databases, good product!”
It’s critical for organizations to not only use data to validate and inform their business, but to accelerate it as well. We now live in a world of extreme data that has immense volume, variety, velocity, and complexity. However, it’s difficult for companies to be agile when working with extreme data given the scale and nature of the datasets. To keep up, innovative solutions are required. The ability to manipulate extreme data and derive deeper, actionable insights that help to increase revenue, reduce cost, or improve service will be a competitive advantage. That’s why we’ve built an instant insight engine for the data-driven enterprise. Powered by a NVIDIA GPU database, Kinetica enables organizations to process and analyze extreme data in real time, deliver interactive visuals for temporal and geospatial analysis, leverage streamlined machine learning, and much more. The Kinetica insight engine is used by businesses around the world including GlaskoSmithKline, Scotiabank, and the Lippo Group, and is essential when working in the Extreme Data Economy.
Last year we received a Bronze Stevie Award for Best Product – Software – Data Visualization. Our latest award shows that we’ve built on the momentum of developing an outstanding data visualization offering. Now, the Stevie judges recognize Kinetica as an industry-leading innovator: yet another example of Kinetica in motion. But we can’t do it alone. Come join us on this exciting journey to wrangle the world of extreme data, we’re hiring!
